Toolkits ("Gold Mine"): Resume templates, Right Role Finder, LinkedIn Content Toolkit, All-in-One Job Finder, AI Job Hunt Toolkit, Mock Interviews.

Software Access (where included; non-transferable, educational use only): SAP practice access, 50+ premium AI tools, LinkedIn Premium + Learning, Canva Pro.

Community Access: Cohort forums/chats. Delivery typically 1–2 hrs/day.

We may substitute third‑party tools with similar alternatives if needed.

Do not share logins or OTPs for SCM Launchpad or third‑party tools.

Do not copy, record, scrape, resell, publish, or distribute course content, templates, toolkits, or community content.

Use SAP, LinkedIn Premium, AI tools, Canva Pro strictly per their terms; no scraping, spam, automation abuse, or commercial use.

Be respectful in calls, 1:1s, and chats; no harassment or disruptive behavior.

Do not misuse SCM Launchpad name, logo, or certification; no false claims of endorsement or guaranteed outcomes.

All materials (videos, slides, toolkits, templates, branding) are our IP. Your license is personal, non‑transferable, and revocable for learning during enrollment.

Keep internal discussions, case data, solution keys, mentor feedback, and recordings confidential. No sharing screenshots/recordings without written permission.

You own your submitted work; you grant us a license to review/use it for education and program improvement (not publicly without your consent, unless required by law).

Access windows for content, community, and third‑party tools are time‑limited and stated in your onboarding/receipt. Expiry doesn't trigger refunds.

Pay fees and applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Missed/late payments may suspend access.

We follow our Privacy Notice (see website). Group and 1:1 sessions may be recorded for enrolled student access and quality. Don't share recordings.

We may suspend/terminate without refund for policy violations, misconduct, IP breaches, third‑party terms breaches, or non‑payment. Upon termination, all licenses/access end and you must delete downloaded materials.

We provide education, tools, and guidance; your outcomes depend on your effort and market conditions. No promise of specific roles or salaries.

To the maximum extent allowed by law: no liability for indirect/special/consequential damages; total liability capped at fees you paid for the relevant enrollment period.

We may update terms; continued use after notice = acceptance.

This means that if you actively follow the program and meet the required milestones, we commit to working with you until you land a role — or you're eligible for a refund within the first 30 days.

To qualify under the 30-day money-back guarantee, active participation is required, which includes:

• Completing at least 70% of the course content

• Submitting the required assignments

• Following the recommended daily job application activity

• Actively engaging with the support structure provided

Because job outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and market conditions, we do not promise automatic placement without participation. However, when the process is followed correctly, our team actively supports you until you achieve results.

If you have used these third-party payment services, SCM Launchpad cannot pause, stop, or modify your payment schedule. Payments are managed entirely by Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm, and the only way to stop monthly payments is by paying the balance in full directly with them. Any disputes or payment modifications must be handled with the payment provider, not SCM Launchpad.
